Bensheim/Kranzberg. At this year's LogiMAT in Stuttgart, Kern and Müller will be presenting their products and developments in the packaging sector together at a combined booth for the first time. The international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management will be open from 24 to 26 March 2026. The largest annual intralogistics trade fair provides the ideal setting for the group of companies to present the award-winning Kern multi-format packaging system PackOnTime 2box and the precise Müller document insertion system LogiPack.

PackOnTime perfects the automated packaging of goods in a wide variety of sizes. The packaging is individually tailored to the respective contents. This reduces material wastage to a minimum and thus meets the highest standards of sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Upholstery materials are also saved, significantly reducing transport volume. If required, the PackOnTime 2box can process any combination of different types of goods within a single package in just a few steps and construct robust packaging that can be used for returns. Since the system only produces packaging when it is needed, additional storage space is saved.

In terms of efficiency, the system is therefore an absolute pioneer, which has already led to several prizes and awards. A wide variety of original samples are on display for illustrative purposes, and extensive information material and a functional model are also available. With LogiPack, Müller presents a high-precision document insertion system that has been specially developed for the requirements of modern intralogistics.
LogiPack enables the automatic and accurate insertion of invoices or personalized documents into shipping cartons. Thanks to its flexible configurability, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing conveyor systems and expanded as needed. With an impressive throughput of up to 2,200 cartons per hour, depending on the configuration, LogiPack ensures high processing reliability and availability. Even before a box arrives at LogiPack, its ID is recorded and the integrated digital printer creates variable data in real time. Thanks to integrated code comparisons between the document and the box, incorrect inserts are reliably ruled out – precision and security at the highest level.
